DIY 简易鸡丝凉面

材料:

面条、鸡肉

做法:

1. 机制的面条入沸水中煮熟。

2. 煮时不能煮得太软,捞出放案板上趁热,洒熟菜油少许,抖散快速降温,到互不粘连且己冷却为止,成为凉面。

凉面吃法多样:

1. 绿豆芽凉面:绿豆芽在沸水中煮断生,保持脆嫩,放碗中,面上盖凉面,淋上用辣椒面、花椒油、醋、味精、酱 油、蒜泥和麻油调成的味汁。

2. 鸡丝凉面:基本制法同绿豆芽凉面,不同的是在面上加煮熟后撕成的鸡丝。

3. 三丝凉面:面上加熟鸡丝、火腿丝、猪肉丝。
