DIY 筒仔鸡

材料:

主料:鸡1只

A料:盐3大匙五香粉1小匙糖1大匙

B料:葱2支姜30公克、米酒1大匙

做法:

1. 鸡洗净、去毛,备用。

2. 将腌A料混匀,取适量用力抹匀在法1的鸡身内部。

3. 葱、姜拍碎,加入米酒拌匀,取适量抹在法2的鸡身外,再将葱、姜塞入鸡身内,并加入2大匙汁于鸡身内,一起腌渍浸泡。

4. 将作法3的鸡吊勾,放入长筒内固定,加盖以小火烤约45分钟后取出即可。
