DIY 电饭煲盐焗鸡

材料:

1只洋葱葱花香菜、盐焗粉自制油辣子(包括干辣椒花椒白芝麻,盐,糖)

做法:

1. 鸡洗净用盐焗粉抹遍全身,稍加按摩后放入冰箱冷藏腌制一夜。

2. 电饭煲四周和底部抹上油。

3. 摆一层姜片。

4. 再摆一层洋葱。

5. 腌好的鸡放入,淋入少许油。

6. 正常煮饭键。

7. 中途记得翻面一次,受热均匀。

8. 自然晾凉后拆骨。

9. 用调味料拌匀,洒葱花和香菜装饰。
