DIY 琥珀鸡片

材料:

鸡腿肉、鸡蛋清白糖白醋、番茄酱、淀粉料酒白芝麻

做法:

1. 鸡腿剔骨后切片,用料酒略腌,一个鸡蛋打散只取蛋清,加淀粉放碗中,与鸡肉片一起搅拌均匀备用。

2. 油锅烧至七成热,下入挂匀蛋糊的鸡肉片小火炸至金黄,捞出沥油。

3. 炒锅加热,放番茄酱、白糖、白醋、少许水和盐炒匀成味汁,汁浓稠时放入鸡肉片,裹匀味汁出锅装盘,撒熟白芝麻即可。
