DIY 猪肉海苔卷

材料:

主料:梅花肉10片寿司海苔2片葱花适量姜丝适量蒜末适量

调味料:酱油2匙醋1匙糖半小匙水1匙

做法:

1. 准备葱花、姜丝、蒜末,将海苔剪成条状。将调味料的酱汁调好备用。

2. 依照梅花肉的大小,将海苔折成适合的长度。

3. 将海苔包在肉片里卷起来。

4. 热油锅,将肉卷接缝处往下放进锅子里。待底部熟后再翻面煎。

5. 接着先下葱花、蒜末、姜丝翻炒,最后淋上酱汁。盖锅盖闷煮一下,待水蒸气跑出来后就行了。
