DIY 猪肉丸子

材料:

主料:猪绞肉300公克姜末10公克葱末10公克鸡蛋1个沙拉油400cc

调味料A:盐3公克鸡精4公克细砂糖5公克水50cc

调味料B:酱油10cc料酒10cc

调味料C:白胡椒粉1/2茶匙、香油1茶匙

做法:

1. 猪绞肉放入盆中,加入盐后搅拌至有黏性。

2. 继续在作法1的材料中加入鸡精粉、细砂糖及鸡蛋一起拌匀,再将50cc的水分成2次加入,一面加水一面搅拌至水分被肉吸收。

3. 在作法2的材料中,继续加入葱末、姜末及调味料A,拌匀后将肉馅捏成小圆球。

4. 热一锅,加入沙拉油,将作法3的肉丸下锅,并以小火炸约4分钟至熟后捞起沥干油份后装盘即可。
