DIY 狮城咖哩鸡

材料:

主料:鸡翅膀10只、马铃薯2个(切大块)姜2片蒜3瓣红葱2粒、洋葱半粒(切大块)、香茅2根切段(拍烂)

调味料:肉类咖哩粉2大汤匙、椰浆100g

做法:

1. 煮滚一小锅热水,将鸡翅膀浸入泡3-5分钟;捞起晾干

2. 烧热锅,下油;将姜蒜小红葱爆香;再倒入咖哩粉炒出香味;把香茅丢进去

3. 将鸡翅放入炒一炒,倒入一碗水焖一焖

4. 倒入切块的马铃薯,以及椰浆奶,再焖15-20分钟。

5. 加盐、糖调味,上桌。
