DIY 爽滑口水鸡

材料:

鸡腿冰块、姜、黄瓜红油、白糖、醋、生抽花椒油黄酒芝麻、香花生辣椒碎、香葱末、味精、盐

做法:

1. 洗干净鸡腿,去掉皮下脂肪,烧开锅,先大火蒸5分钟。

2. 给鸡腿翻个个,再大火蒸5分钟,关火后继续焖10分钟。

3. 准备一盆加冰块和姜片的冰水,把鸡肉泡进去,直到彻底变凉。

4. 切些黄瓜段,调汁:红油4勺、白糖2勺、醋2勺、生抽2勺、花椒油2勺、黄酒1勺、芝麻2勺、香花生一小把、辣椒碎一勺、香葱末、姜末、味精1/4勺、盐3克,冰水1/4杯混和均匀。

5. 鸡肉斩块,把调好的汁浇在上面,拌匀后进冰箱冷藏30分钟就可以吃了。
