DIY 照烧鸡腿饭糰

材料:

A料:去骨鸡腿肉150公克七味粉适量

B料:白饭适量海苔适量、酱油1大匙味醂1/2大匙、米酒1大匙、蜂蜜1大匙

做法:

1. 将所有调味料混合拌匀,成照烧酱汁,备用。

2. 去骨鸡腿肉洗净擦干、切小块状,备用。

3. 热油锅,放入法2的鸡腿肉块煎至肉质收缩后,盛起备用。

4. 将法3的锅子洗净、重新加热,烧干后放入法3鸡腿肉块及法1的照烧酱汁,充分拌炒均匀入味且收汁,接着撒上七味粉略拌匀,成内馅备用。

5. 取适量法4的内馅包入白饭中捏紧成饭糰,可依喜好分别包成数颗或再裹上海苔即可。
