DIY 煎烧鸡肉

材料:

主料:鸡腿。

辅料:荷兰豆西红柿水泡干辣椒。

调味料:盐酱油白糖白酒、白葡萄酒、黑胡椒、水淀粉

做法:

1. 将鸡腿去骨放入碗中,加入姜、盐、白酒、酱油、黑胡椒腌制一下备用,锅中放入水,待水开后将荷兰豆焯熟取出,和小西红柿一起放在盘子的一边。

2. 坐锅点火倒入油,将鸡腿肉放入锅中煎至上色,取出用刀将肉滑开但不要把皮滑透,重新放入锅中,加入白酒、酱油、辣椒圈、黑胡椒、白糖调味,焖2?3分钟,取出肉放在盘中,汁勾芡浇在肉上即可。

3. 食用时可搭配荷兰豆与西红柿。
