DIY 煎意大利鸡扒

材料:

主料:去骨鸡全腿1只

腌料:蒜头一瓣(拍烂剁成茸)糖半茶匙盐半茶匙、黑胡椒碎少许、意大利综合香料1茶匙

蔬菜:绿椰菜花白椰菜花胡囖卜马铃薯/土豆切块

其他材料:奶油/黄油1汤匙

做法:

1. 用刀尾把去骨的全鸡腿肉稍微剁几下, 以免煎时肌肉缩成一块。

2. 把鸡块用腌料腌半小时。

3. 把锅子烧热融化奶油,再把鸡肉块鸡皮朝下, 旁边摆放蔬菜块, 把锅盖子紧密盖好, 用中火煎3分钟。

4. 把鸡肉翻面, 再把蔬菜块稍微拌一拌,把蔬菜混匀肉汁。再把锅盖子紧密盖好, 用中火煎2分钟至肉块熟透。

5. 摆盘享用。
