DIY 烤全鸡

材料:

童子鸡1只(约1000克)味精3克、盐15克、料酒15克花椒面、葱、姜糖少许。

工具:烤箱,烤盘

做法:

1. 鸡洗净入沸水中抄3分钟,捞出沥干。

2. 味精、盐、酒等混合,刷在鸡上,在鸡内,放入香菇和葱姜,用袋子封好放冰箱,腌一个晚上,取出。

3. 放在烤盘上进烤箱,170度,正面背面各30分钟,中途再刷2-3次腌料。
