DIY 海派葡国鸡

材料:

1. 250g鸡块

2. 少许面粉

3. 1瓣大蒜,磨蓉

4. 1只洋葱,切碎

5. 2汤匙咖喱(根据咖喱的味道酌量增减)或黄姜粉

6. 1只番茄,切碎

7. 2汤匙红酒

8. 2汤匙淡奶奶油椰浆

9. 1片月桂叶

10. 2片柠檬皮,去除白色部分

11. 1个土豆,切块

12. 青椒红椒半个,切片

13. 盐和现磨胡椒粉

做法:

1. 烤箱预热350F/177C。

2. 鸡块撒上盐和胡椒粉,稍待片刻,拍上面粉,中高火,两面煎上色。

3. 中火翻炒蒜蓉和洋葱,软熟后,依次加入咖喱和番茄,翻炒至香。

4. 依次加入鸡块,红酒,淡奶,月桂叶,柠檬皮,沸腾后加入土豆,青椒和红椒,半杯水。

5. 大火炖煮,盐和胡椒粉调味。

6. 最后烤10分钟左右。
