DIY 法香煎鸡腿肉

材料:

鸡腿肉300克、法香5根盐5克酱油15毫升蚝油15毫升白糖8克、小茴香3克黑胡椒粉3克大蒜3瓣、料酒15毫升、淀粉10克竹签子6根

做法:

1. 鸡腿肉稍稍改刀,然后加入料酒和淀粉抓匀,腌制15分钟。

2. 将鸡腿肉捞出,沥去水分,加入切碎的法香、蒜末、酱油、蚝油、盐、白糖、小茴香拌匀,再次腌制半小时入味。

3. 竹签子上抹上一层食用油,然后将鸡腿肉小心的串在上面,视签子长短大约串5块鸡肉。

4. 在平底锅中加入少许油,烧热到5成热时,放入鸡肉串,用小火慢慢将鸡肉煎至变色后翻面,直到两面都变色成熟。

5. 最后在食用前撒上适量的黑胡椒。
