DIY 沙锅鸡

材料:

半边姜末蒜末芝麻油生抽、老抽

做法:

1. 鸡半边,剁块,用姜末蒜末芝麻油生抽与老抽腌2个小时。

2. 油冒烟后把鸡放下锅炒几分钟,加水没过鸡肉,把鸡肉和水倒到沙锅里,小火焖40分钟。

3. 关火前往锅里撒些香菜。
