DIY 沙茶鸡块

材料:

鸡腿肉沙茶酱洋葱冰糖(或白糖)老抽

做法:

1. 鸡腿肉切大一点的块,用少许盐和生抽腌一下;洋葱切片待用。

2. 锅里加适量的油,放入洋葱大火炒,炒出洋葱香味就行了。

3. 放入鸡块大火炒到鸡肉变色。

4. 转小火,加一大匙沙茶酱、老抽大火炒匀。

5. 加入冰糖(或白糖),继续大火,等到冰糖化了,汤变稠即可。
