DIY 沙嗲鸡肉串烧

材料:

去骨鸡腿肉1块、洋葱1/4颗青椒1/4颗红椒1/4颗黄椒1/4颗鲜香菇2朵沙嗲酱3大匙

做法:

1. 鸡腿肉洗净去皮,切成约一口大小;洋葱、青椒、红椒、黄椒、鲜香菇都洗净,切成一口大小,备用。

2. 将法1的鸡腿肉以沙嗲酱腌约20分钟,备用。

3. 将法2的鸡腿肉、作法1的洋葱块、青椒块、红椒块、黄椒块、香菇块以竹签穿差串起。

4. 将法3的鸡腿肉串放入250℃的烤箱,烤至表鸡腿肉表面变金黄。

5. 再将鸡腿肉串涂上沙嗲酱后,继续放入烤箱烤至鸡腿肉熟透,表面呈略焦黄即可。
