DIY 榴莲飘香鸡

材料:

半只约300克(切成块状)榴莲(肉)若干颗蒜头2粒、酱油少许

做法:

1. 起锅,放入油,将蒜头放入锅里翻炒。

2. 等到有蒜香味的时候,将鸡块放入锅中,大火翻炒。

3. 适当放入少许水、酱油3茶匙,慢火焖20分钟。

4. 等到鸡肉基本熟透以后,放入榴莲,翻炒几次,盖上锅盖慢火2分钟,即可上碟。
