DIY 椰香咖哩鸡腿饭

材料:

咖哩块两块椰浆一小碗鸡腿只、米饭洋葱半个大土豆一个黄油约两块盐适量

做法:

1. 鸡腿去骨切块,洋葱土豆切小块备用。

2. 空锅用小火预热两分钟。

3. 预热好的锅中放入一小块黄油融化,转中火,放鸡腿块进去翻炒至表面变色装出备用。

4. 再放一块稍大的黄油入锅融化后,入土豆和洋葱块不断翻炒至洋葱变软,颜色全部透明。

5. 把一小碗椰浆倒入,鸡腿肉倒入,咖哩块弄碎放入,再加一小碗水至全部材料齐平,搅拌均匀。

6. 盖上盖子,中小火煮,每隔三分钟开盖搅拌下,以免土豆粘锅。

7. 煮十分钟左右,打开盖子,这时候用锅铲按下土豆能轻松压碎,即表示可以了,加适量盐调味,转中火收至汤汁浓稠即可。
