DIY 椒麻鸡

材料:

主料:去骨鸡腿排1块、太白粉1/2碗

麻酱汁:1茶匙、蒜末1/2茶匙、辣椒末1/2茶匙、白醋2茶匙、黑醋2茶匙糖1大匙酱油1大匙、凉开水1大匙、香油1/2茶匙姜20公克葱1/2根盐1/4茶匙、五香粉1/8茶匙、蛋液1大匙

做法:

1. 鸡腿排切去多余脂肪,加入所有腌料拌匀,静置约30分钟,再取出均匀沾裹上太白粉,备用。

2. 热油锅,放入作法1的鸡腿排以小火炸约4分钟,再转大火炸约1分钟,捞起沥干油份,切块置盘,备用。

3. 将所有椒麻酱汁材料混合均匀,淋在作法2的炸鸡排上即可。
