DIY 棒棒鸡

材料:

鸡胸肉黄瓜香菜芝麻酱、花椒、酱油、鸡精白胡椒粉料酒

做法:

1. 锅中倒入适量放,放入姜片、葱段、少许料酒。

2. 将鸡胸肉放入后点火,中火煮几分钟就熟了。

3. 取出鸡胸肉晾凉,用刀背拍打拍打后,用手撕成丝,放入碗中。

4. 黄瓜切丝,香菜切段,葱切丝,按顺序放在鸡丝上。

5. 蒜按压成蒜泥,拌入芝麻酱中,同时调入生抽、鸡粉、糖、白胡椒粉。

6. 将调好的汁浇到鸡丝、菜丝上。
