DIY 桂花醉鸡

材料:

半只、大葱1根姜1块、玫瑰露酒100克、绍兴黄酒500克 桂花酱 150克 盐适量

做法:

1. 把鸡和大葱、姜用盐水小火浸30分钟后,用冰水泡10分钟,斩件。

2. 调和桂花酱、玫瑰露酒和女儿红酒, 把鸡块浸入后放冰箱1小时。
