DIY 栗子烧鸡

DIY 栗子烧鸡

材料:

鸡腿栗子、料酒酱油

做法:

1. 鸡腿洗净斩块,入沸水绰2分钟,洗净血沫。

2. 栗子在外壳切口后入清水煮5分钟,然后捞出浸入凉水过凉,剥去壳和皮备用。

3. 葱切段, 姜切片。

4. 热锅入油, 油温后下葱姜煸出香味,下鸡块、栗子煸炒。

5. 烹入料酒除腥, 加入酱油、糖调味。

6. 加入适量清水,烧开后转小火炖至鸡肉入味栗子酥软, 收汁装盘即可。
