DIY 枸杞海参猪肉饼

材料:

干海参150克猪肉300克枸杞15克、鸡蛋1粒

做法:

1. 精猪肉洗净剁碎,鸡蛋打烂,拌匀,做成肉饼。

2. 海参用清水泡发,洗净,切成条块,放入滚水中略烫后捞出备用。

3. 锅烧热,放入植物油,用文火煎肉饼成金黄色取出。

4. 锅内留少许油,将海参入锅中略煸一下,加适量水,放入肉饼共焖。

5. 待汤汁收浓时,淋上麻油、酱油,撒入枸杞子,勾芡翻勺装盘即可。
