DIY 木耳鸡蛋炒鸡丁

材料:

干木耳24g土鸡蛋3只鸡腿2只姜粉4g酱油香油少许鸡精少许蒜头4瓣

做法:

1. 鸡大腿去皮去骨,切丁,加入姜粉、酱油、香油拌匀,腌制半小时入味。

2. 干木耳用温水泡发去杂质,洗净,切丝备用。

3. 鸡蛋打散备用。

4. 蒜头去皮,洗净,切碎备用。

5. 小火烧至锅内无水分,锅内倒入少许油,待油冒烟是倒入打散的鸡蛋翻炒,鸡蛋出锅备用。

6. 锅内再倒入少许油,倒入蒜头碎爆香。

7. 倒入腌制好的鸡丁翻炒至9成熟,倒入木耳丝翻炒2分钟。

8. 倒入炒鸡蛋翻炒2分钟,倒入1汤勺水,盖盖中火焖2分钟。

9. 放少许盐和鸡精,翻炒拌匀,收干水分,出锅。。
