DIY 木瓜咖喱鸡

材料:

主料:鸡翅中鲜鱿鱼洋葱芦笋。

料:咖喱黄油椰浆百里香

做法:

1. 鸡翅飞水捞出,鱿鱼洗净去膜切成圈,与洗净的鸡翅中放在盘中备用,洋葱切丝,木瓜去皮切粒。

2. 锅中黄油,煸香洋葱丝,放入咖喱份,煸香后加入椰浆、百里香,加入盐调味。

3. 将炒好的汁倒入鸡翅和鱿鱼中搅拌均匀,盖上保鲜膜放在微波炉高火6分钟。

4. 取出后再将木瓜粒撒上再进微波炉中火2分钟。

5. 芦笋切段去皮切成小块,锅内放水加黄油将芦笋炒熟捞出。

6. 将微波炉中的鸡翅和鱿鱼取出,装盘后即可享用。
