DIY 文昌油鸡

材料:

鸡腿1支姜10公克大蒜3粒盐1小匙鸡粉1/2小匙细砂糖1小匙米酒1大匙冷开水50㏄白胡椒粉少许

做法:

1. 鸡腿洗净,放入滚水中烫煮至完全熟透,捞出沥干水分,切块排入盘中备用。

2. 姜、大蒜均洗净、去皮、切末,放入大碗中加入所有调味料拌匀,淋在作法1鸡腿肉块上即可。
