DIY 慈菇烧鸡

材料:

慈菇半只料酒酱油、盐、白糖、八角

做法:

1. 将慈菇去皮洗净切成两片,一小堆慈菇皮落入盘中。

2. 锅中底油,油八成热下葱段,姜片爆香一下,然后将鸡块油锅中煸炒,待鸡肉翻炒变硬时,加入料酒,酱油大火翻炒溢出香味。

3. 加入适量水没过鸡块,加少量盐、白糖、和八角,再加入慈菇大火烧开后,转小火烧30分钟就可以了。

4. 起锅时前大火收个汁,有少量汤汁为宜。
