DIY 御寒板栗烧鸡

材料:

半只、板栗生抽、料酒、八角、香叶葱花

做法:

1. 鸡肉洗净切块;板栗划十字,入锅加水大火煮15分钟,过冷水,剥壳取肉备用。

2. 锅中热油,放入鸡块,烹入料酒,大火爆香。

3. 加老抽,炒匀,倒入没过鸡肉的清水,放入八角,香叶,中火炖煮。

4. 水分耗去一半时,加入板栗,大火煮开后,转小火慢炖半小时左右。

5. 出锅前,大火收汁,撒上葱花点缀即可。
