DIY 干炒猪肉丝

材料:

猪肉300克酱油1茶匙盐1/8茶匙菜油50毫升干辣椒15条辣椒酱30克、老姜15克(切丝)蒜1瓣(切丝)芹菜80克卤豆腐干70克酱油1茶匙花椒粉1捏

做法:

1. 芹菜去叶洗净,切成5厘米长的段,用少许盐拌匀,腌5分钟,冲水,沥干。

2. 豆腐干切成约5厘米长的粗丝。

3. 猪肉洗净,切成5厘米长的丝,加盐及1茶匙酱油拌匀。

4. 炒锅置中偏大火上,放入菜油烧至五成热,加干辣椒炒1分钟至香味出来,铲出辣椒备用。

5. 待锅内油热至七成,加入辣椒酱,姜,蒜炒30秒后加入肉丝炒干水气,约6分钟。将干辣椒倒回炒锅,加豆腐干,一起炒5分钟。加芹菜再炒2分钟。加剩下的酱油炒匀起锅装盘,撒上花椒粉即成。
