DIY 川味芝麻鸡丁

材料:

鸡胸肉一块干辣椒一把大蒜少许芝麻少许食用油、淀粉、郫县豆瓣料酒生抽胡椒粉花椒粉鸡精

做法:

1. 鸡胸肉洗净切丁,用少许生抽料酒胡椒粉花椒粉淀粉抓匀腌制一会儿。

2. 干辣椒切段,大蒜切片。锅热油烧热,倒入一勺郫县豆瓣与蒜片爆香,倒入鸡丁滑炒至变色。

3. 撒入干辣椒段一起翻炒3分钟左右,撒入少许鸡精和芝麻炒匀即可。
