DIY 家常韭黄炒鸡丝

材料:

韭黄75克鸡胸肉200克红辣椒1支枸杞1茶匙、腌肉料1大匙盐1/4茶匙太白粉1茶匙水100cc鸡粉1/4茶匙盐1/4香油1/2茶匙

做法:

1. 将韭黄切长段;辣椒切丝;葱切片备用。

2. 将鸡肉切丝与所有腌肉料拌腌,并加少许油拌匀至入味。

3. 热油锅,放入作法2的鸡肉丝以中火炒至半熟时即先盛出备用。

4. 于入作法3的锅中保留1汤匙油,爆香辣椒及韭黄,再加入作法3的鸡肉丝拌炒。

5. 最后加入调味料拌炒均匀即可。
