DIY 家常腐乳鸡翅

材料:

鸡翅2只腐乳1块砂糖1小勺生抽1小勺

做法:

1. 翅洗干净,控干水分。

2. 腐乳用汤匙压烂,加入砂糖、生抽搅成酱汁。

3. 把腐乳、砂糖、生抽弄的酱汁腌鸡翅20分钟。

4. 热油锅,捞起鸡翅用平底锅两面煎至金黄,倒入酱汁。

5. 加2汤匙的水进去,大火烧开后转小火,10分钟,收汁装碟。
