DIY 嫩滑可乐鸡翅

材料:

鸡中翅可乐青豆料酒酱油

做法:

1. 速冻青豆清水里浸泡解冻,入沸水锅中,放适量盐煮熟捞出。

2. 鸡中翅洗净,划两面三刀,入沸水中烫出血水捞出,冲洗干净。

3. 煎锅烧热放油,转小火,放入鸡翅煎至两面金黄,放姜、料酒、六月鲜酱油、适量盐翻炒上色。

4. 倒入一听可乐,中小火焖煮约20分钟左右。

5. 待汤汁浓稠,大火将汤汁收干装盘,撒上青豆即可。
