DIY 好吃宫保鸡丁

材料:

主料:鸡肉250公克葱1根干辣椒5公克沙拉油1小匙蒜味花生40 grams

A料:酱油1小匙、米酒1小匙蛋液少许、太白粉1小匙

B料:酱油1小匙乌醋3/2小匙糖1小匙米酒1小匙、辣油1小匙水2小匙

做法:

1. 将鸡肉洗干净后切成丁状,再放入A料一起腌渍20分钟后,放入180℃油锅中,以中火过油30秒后捞起备用。

2. 将葱、干辣椒切成小段备用。取一锅,锅中加入沙拉油热锅后,再以小火爆香干辣椒段,然后依序放入鸡丁、葱段、B料,一起用大火快速拌炒到所有汤汁收干,在起锅之前再加入蒜味花生拌匀即可。
