DIY 多彩面包鸡丁

材料:

主料:鸡腿2个面包片1片腰果1小碗青红黄三色彩椒各半个

配料:生抽、糖、蚝油料酒、盐、干淀粉芝麻油花生油各适量

做法:

1. 鸡腿去骨切小丁,放入适量的生抽、糖、蚝油、料酒,搅拌均匀,再放入芝麻油和干淀粉,再搅拌均匀,放一边腌制半小时。

2. 面包片切成小丁,用烤箱150度约烤10分钟至面包丁变金黄变脆,取出放凉备用。

3. 青、红、黄三色甜椒用小模具刻成小花形状备用。

4. 锅内放入一点花生油,烧热后放入事先腓好的鸡腿肉,滑炒至鸡肉变熟,再加入一点点的蚝油翻炒均匀即可出锅备用。

5. 将锅洗净,再放入一点点的油,小火烘至腰果两面金黄后取出备用。

6. 用底油将三色甜椒稍炒一下,去除涩味,撒上一点点的薄盐,再倒入事先已经炒好的鸡肉丁,翻炒均匀,最后放入面包丁和腰果撒在表面上即可。
