DIY 味噌烤鸡胸饭

材料:

鸡胸肉180g姜末10g味噌50g太白粉1/2茶匙、酱油1茶匙甘草粉1/2茶匙糖1茶匙

做法:

1. 鸡胸肉切成厚约0.5公分片状备用。

2. 取一碗,加入姜末与调味料一起混合搅匀即成味噌酱

3. 将法2的味噌酱均匀涂抹在法1的鸡胸肉片上,再放入冰箱冷藏腌渍约1小时。

4. 烤箱预热至250℃备用。

5. 取出法3腌渍好的鸡胸肉片,并将鸡肉表面的味噌刮掉,但注意不需刮得太干净。

6. 法5的鸡胸肉片平铺于烤盘上,放入烤箱以250℃烤约5分钟。

7. 取一碗盛入适量白饭,将法6烤好的鸡胸肉片铺在白饭上,再配上自己喜欢的小菜与配汤,就可以了。
