DIY 吮指炸鸡

材料:

鸡腿2只1颗低筋面粉少许、脆浆粉2大匙水少许、沙拉油1小匙

做法:

1. 将大鸡腿洗净切块,再用所有腌料腌约30分钟至入味备用。

2. 将脆浆粉、蛋、水调合成煳状,再加上1小匙沙拉油拌匀。

3. 在作法1的大鸡腿上拍少许低筋面粉,再裹上作法2的面煳。

4. 取一中华锅,倒入约1/2锅的油量,以中火烧热后,放入作法3的大鸡腿后,随即转小火炸约4分钟,再转回中火炸约1分钟至表面呈金黄色即可。
