DIY 卤水鸡胗

材料:

鸡胗、姜、陈皮肉豆蔻、小茴香桂皮、八角白芷、花椒丁香甘草

做法:

1. 把各种卤料包起成卤料包,锅内放水烧开,放入调味料和卤料包用大火烧开。

2. 鸡胗用盐和生粉洗净。

3. 把鸡胗放入烧开的葱姜水中烫一遍捞起,以去除异味。

4. 汆烫过的鸡胗放入烧开的卤水锅中,烧滚后转小火,煮30分钟左右。

5. 关火后焖几个小时更入味。

6. 吃的时候切片即可。
