DIY 南洋椰子鸡

材料:

椰肉适量椰子水150cc椰子1棵、鸡肉200公克香茅1根柠檬叶2片南姜3块椰奶100cc香菜少许盐1/2小匙鱼露1小匙

做法:

1. 椰子从1/4处横切开后,倒出椰子水备用,并将果肉挖取出备用,椰子壳留下备用;鸡肉切块过水川烫备用。

2. 除了香菜外,将所有的材料及调味料放入作法1的椰子壳中,并在开口处封上一层保鲜膜。

3. 将作法2的材料放入蒸笼里,以大火蒸1小时后取出,最后放上香菜即可食用。
