DIY 北美炸鸡翅

材料:

主料:鸡翅中翅根面粉生粉泡打粉、鸡蛋

调味料:辣椒粉蒜茸白里香黑胡椒碎料酒

做法:

1. 鸡翅表面划几刀,泡水20分钟后,反复冲洗。加入辣椒粉,盐、蒜茸、黑胡椒碎、黄酒/料酒腌制60分钟。

2. 将面粉,生粉,泡打粉,盐,白里香,黑胡椒粉,炸蒜碎混合均匀。

3. 将腌好的鸡翅放到干粉中,再沾鸡蛋液,最后再回到干粉中将表面蘸满面粉,再用手压实,然后将多余的面粉抖掉。

4. 中火烧热锅中的油,待烧至六成热时将加工好的鸡翅放入锅中,中火炸5分钟,待表面呈金黄色捞出。

5. 再次入锅复炸一次沥干油分即可。
