DIY 元朗鸡翼尖

材料:

鸡翼尖500g蒜头8颗小红辣椒5个姜1小块绍兴酒150ml盐3小勺、白糖3小勺、鸡精3小勺

做法:

1. 洗净所有材料,蒜切末,辣椒切小段,姜切末。

2. 鸡翼尖洗净汆水,过冷水备用。

3. 把绍兴洒倒入瓦煲里煮开。

4. 放入鸡翼尖搅拌。

5. 往瓦煲里慢慢加水至刚好盖过鸡翼。

6. 把所有辣椒、姜、盐、白糖、鸡精和一半蒜末倒进去搅匀。

7. 大火烧开转小火煮约20分钟。

8. 继续放入剩下的蒜末搅拌,关火焖10分钟即可。
