DIY 健康版可乐鸡翅

材料:

鸡翅、可乐料酒生抽、葱、姜

做法:

1. 将鸡翅洗净,两面都用刀划开两道,以便更加的入味。

2. 将鸡翅跟冷水一起下锅。大火煮开后再续煮2-3分钟关火,倒掉带着油、血沫的水,然后用温水洗干净鸡翅待用。

3. 将焯过水的鸡翅重新放入洗干净的锅中。

4. 倒入整瓶的可乐,以没过鸡翅为准。

5. 加入葱、姜、料酒、生抽,加盖大火煮开后,中火续煮。

6. 煮至汤汁收浓、粘稠即可。
