DIY 五香鸡排

材料:

A料:鸡胸肉1/2块

B料:葱末20克姜末10克蒜末40克五香粉1/4茶匙糖1大匙味精1茶匙酱油膏1大匙小苏打1/4茶匙水50CC料理酒1大匙

C料:炸鸡排100克、胡椒盐适量

做法:

1. 鸡胸肉洗净后去皮、去骨,横剖到底切断成两片肉片备用。

2. B料放入果汁机中搅打约30秒混合均匀即为腌汁备用。

3. 法1的鸡排肉以作法2的腌汁腌渍约30分钟后捞起沥干,再以按压的方式均匀沾裹炸鸡排粉备用。

4. 热油锅,待油温烧热至150℃时放入法3的鸡排炸约2分钟,至鸡排表皮酥脆且呈现金黄色时即捞起沥油。

5. 食用前撒上适量的胡椒粉即可。
