DIY 串烤鸡肉丸子

材料:

绞肉300公克葱花20公克姜泥10公克蛋白30公克山药泥30公克串烧酱适量盐2公克黑胡椒2公克

做法:

1. 将所有材料及盐、黑胡椒充分拌匀成浓稠状备用。

2. 取适量作法1的材料用手整成丸子状,重复此动作至材料用毕。

3. 取一蒸笼,先舖上蒸笼布后将作法2的丸子排入蒸笼中,以大火蒸约3分钟至定型。

4. 以竹签将三个丸子为一串方式串起,重复此动作至材料用毕。

5. 热一烤架,将作法4的丸子串放上烤至表面上色后,浸入串烧酱中,取出沥干后再放回烤架上续烤,重复此动作约3次至酱汁完全入味即可。
