DIY 东洋鸡柳

材料:

鸡柳200g鸡蛋2个面粉少许面包糠适量豆油300毫升、西红柿1个黄瓜半根、圆白菜少许、、紫包菜少许、色拉备用、竹叶(装饰用)

做法:

1. 鸡蛋与面粉打在一起搅拌均匀,接着放入鸡柳,把鸡柳沾上鸡蛋面粉取出。

2. 粘好的鸡柳在粘上面包糠,此时把锅烧热,放入豆油,烧制八成热,放入沾有面包糠的鸡柳炸至金黄色取出摆盘。

3. 西红柿切块,黄瓜切片,圆白菜切丝,紫包菜切丝,装盘,三片竹叶摆盘装饰用。

4. 摆盘后,把喜爱的色拉按自己的喜好多少自己放入。
