DIY 东洋唐扬炸鸡

材料:

鸡腿肉500g白芝麻少许酱油2大勺味淋1勺柠檬汁少许蒜泥1大勺姜末少许清酒2大勺鸡蛋1个太白粉淀粉+面粉)适量色拉油少许盐少许、鸡精少许

做法:

1. 鸡腿肉去骨,洗净后切成小块,加入盐,鸡精,酱油,味淋,柠檬汁,蒜泥,姜末,清酒与白芝麻拌匀,腌制30分钟入味。

2. 炸之前将鸡肉裹上搅拌好的鸡蛋液,再裹上太白粉。

3. 油锅中加足量色拉油,烧至6成热,将鸡块逐个下锅油炸大约2分钟,表面金黄色捞出。

4. 待油锅烧至8成热时,再将所有鸡块倒入锅中,大火炸1分钟,表面颜色变深后捞出沥干装盘即可。
