DIY 下饭酱爆鸡丁

材料:

鸡腿肉鸡脯肉3两茶干3块(切丁)绿辣椒半个(切丁)甜面酱1勺干淀粉6克鸡蛋清20克黄酒葱花姜末酱油少许

做法:

1. 鸡肉切1厘米的方形小丁,加盐、蛋清、干淀粉拌匀。

2. 热锅入冷油,油7-8成热后入鸡丁先划散,炒至变色,捞出沥下。

3. 锅底留少许油,下葱姜煸炒出香味,入甜面酱,入其他料炒匀,入鸡丁,大火翻炒即可。
