DIY 下酒腰果鸡丁

材料:

腰果鸡腿肉青红椒蛋白淀粉料酒

做法:

1. 将鸡腿肉去骨切成方丁,加入蛋白,盐,淀粉,少许清水上浆入味。用手抓匀,这样做出的鸡肉会更加鲜嫩,上浆时间稍长一些也会更入味,姜切丝,蒜切片,青红椒切块备用。

2. 锅里放少许油,凉油就放入腰果,小火慢慢加热炒熟。

3. 锅内再放入少许油,烧热后放入姜丝和蒜片,放鸡丁滑散炒至变色。

4. 放入青红椒翻炒,然后放入腰果翻炒均匀。

5. 最后加入盐,淋少许料酒炒匀即可出锅。
