The Chinese pronunciation for bell is “zhong” which is the same as demise or ending. Having a large bell in your garden signify that someone in your household may pass away soon. Bells are used by Buddhist monks and Taoist priests to gather or summon wandering spirits. Small bells will produce ringing sounds whenever the wind blows. Your home or garden will become a magnet for the supernatural if you do not remove them. Many people also find that the sound of bells ringing at night eerie and a form of noise pollution. The easy solution is to put as few Fengshui “cures” as possible in your homes. Remove all bells and wind chimes. Use natural flowers and green plants instead.
